I forgot my password or my current password does not work.

Please reset your password by following this link:

I tried reseting my password but it shows me "The information you entered does not match our records".

Did you register with another email address? If so, please try resetting with the other email. If that's not the case, then please email support@healthmyself.ca and tell us your full name, your date of birth, your doctor's name.

I reset my password but the reset email never came.

Please allow 15 minutes for delivery and check your spam folder for an email titled, "Create a new password for your Health Myself Portal account". If it is not there, then send us a support request to support@healthmyself.ca

I enabled Dual Authentication but now cannot log in.

Please email support@healthmyself.ca to resolve this issue.

I log into the Portal but get kicked out immediately
